Tee’s Corn Pudding

Here’s the Tee’s Corn Pudding recipe — a classic Southern holiday favorite and one of my sister’s go-tos that my Grandma Mimi use to make for Thanksgiving!

Total Time: ~50 minutes (15 min prep + 40–45 min bake) Southern Living
Ingredients
1/4 cup granulated sugar
3 Tbsp all-purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp salt
6 large eggs
2 cups whipping cream
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
6 cups fresh corn kernels (about 12 ears)
2 Tbsp chopped chives (optional garnish) Southern Living
Tip: You can also use thawed frozen corn or drained canned corn if fresh isn’t available. Southern Living
Instructions
Preheat Oven:Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 13×9-inch baking dish. Southern Living
Mix Dry Ingredients:In a bowl, combine the sugar, flour, baking powder, and salt. Southern Living
Combine Wet Ingredients:In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, whipping cream, and melted butter. Gradually whisk in the dry mixture until smooth. Southern Living
Add Corn:Stir in the corn kernels gently. Southern Living
Bake:Pour batter into the prepared baking dish and bake at 350°F for about 40–45 minutes or until set and lightly golden. Southern Living
Rest & Serve:Let it stand about 5 minutes, then garnish with chives if you like before serving. Southern Living

This dish is rich, creamy, slightly sweet, and totally comforting — perfect beside turkey, ham, or roasted veggies. Southern Living
For a smoother texture, some cooks puree part of the corn with cream before mixing it in. Southern Living
You can also add things like cheese, green chilies, or herbs if you want to personalize it.
