Recipes featured in the Science of Chocolate publication with Tampa Bay Times Newspapers in Education and American Heritage Chocolate!
This project blends culinary creativity with classroom learning, showing students how chemistry, temperature, and technique all come together to create something as iconic (and delicious) as chocolate. From cacao to confections, it’s all about understanding the science behind the flavor.
