Kellen's Black Bean Mango Salsa

Bright, colorful, and perfect for tacos, fish, chicken, or straight-up chip dipping.
1 can black beans, rinsed & drained
1 ripe mango, peeled & diced
1/4 red onion, finely diced
1 red or yellow bell pepper, diced
1 tomato, diced
1 jalapeño, minced (remove seeds for less heat)
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
2 cloves fresh garlic
Zest + juice of 2 limes
1/2 tsp salt (adjust to taste)
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp chili powder
Add black beans, mango, red onion, tomato, bell pepper, jalapeño, garlic and cilantro to a large bowl.
In a small bowl, whisk lime zest, lime juice, salt, pepper, cumin and chili powder
Pour dressing over salsa and gently toss to combine.
Chill for 20–30 minutes before serving for best flavor.
